Overview
mute-labs develops modular phone booths for modern workspaces — quiet, mobile, and design-forward. What started as a short-term campaign takeover became a long-term partnership focused on scaling performance through strategic Meta advertising.
Challenge
When Circles Studio stepped in, the ad account lacked structure, clarity, and consistency. Creative fatigue, fragmented campaign setups, and a high dependency on paid social made performance recovery both urgent and complex — all while managing high media spend.
Process
We began with a strategic rebuild: new campaign structures, fresh creative iterations, and a platform-native media strategy across nine markets and six languages. From there, we transitioned into a retainer model — combining weekly performance reviews, structured testing, creative production, and monthly results sessions to continuously push learnings into action.
Impact
The result: stabilized and improved campaign performance, increased efficiency, and actionable insights into audience behavior. But beyond numbers, the project enabled mute-labs to regain strategic clarity and confidence in paid social as a growth channel — supported by a structured, collaborative process.
