Process
Our role is to provide ongoing mentoring — structured around bi-weekly sessions that combine performance analysis, creative feedback, and strategic planning. In addition, we offer real-time reporting, inspiration boards, and ad hoc support to help the in-house team stay ahead in a fast-moving ad environment.
